To start this corporate event, after check-in each crew will have a training session on the manoeuvring field with an instructor, who will ensure the safety and manoeuvring of the boat at all times throughout the corporate regatta.

We will train and practice the necessary skills to become a regatta crew. Steering a cruising sailboat, courses, tacking, trimming the sails, tactical aspects of a regatta, etc. All those practical and theoretical concepts to prepare the participants for a great adventure.

We want it to be a participative incentive regatta, so each boat will have a maximum of 6 people. With this, we make the group as dynamic as possible as all participants have to perform manoeuvres to achieve the objectives of the corporate regatta.
