You will learn how to make your own homemade vermouth recipe with all its ingredients in a one and a half hour workshop.

• White Vermouth with a soft touch of gin, paired with the famous Gilda (olives, green chilli and Cantabrian anchovies) 
• Black Vermouth, paired with a toast with mascarpone, cured cow's cheese cream, artichoke heart confit and arbequina olivada.
• Rosé Vermouth, paired with cheesecake with red fruits

A real pleasure for the senses to discover the VERMUT! And of course, we will discover our recipes so that you can make your own vermouth, during the workshop with food and wine pairing.

Plan of the private sailing excursion in Barcelona with vermouth workshop on board

• The sailing trips take place between 10.00am and 06.00pm (07.00pm in high season).
• Complimentary drinks and snacks are provided during the sailing trip.
• Duration: 2 hours (extandable) with drinks, snacks and music on board (although you can extend the duration if you wish) or do the same shared sailing trip.
• Swimming in the sea (if the conditions and the desire allow it).
• The sailing trip ends at the same embarkation point at Port Olimpic in Barcelona.
