Terms and conditions

For all boat activities and excursions, this will be clearly designated:

• Check in: will take place at the designated meeting point and at the time fixed by BDA Sailing Experience
• Check out: it will take place at the designated meeting point at the time set for BDA Sailing Experience

At the scheduled time our staff will be waiting for you at the port at the Meeting Point of Port Olimpic or any other port that we can agree with the client, depending on the port chosen for the embarkation of your sailing yacht.

The sailboat and boat trips in Barcelona are available all year round and every day of the week.

Payment for boat trips, vouchers and experiences

Payment for sailing excursions or boat trips must be paid in full before boarding the sailing boat, in accordance with the instructions received during the booking process for each excursion.

Payment for the sailboat trips can be made by credit card through the virtual POS, PayPal or bank transfer.

Expiration of excursion, experience or course vouchers

For those cases in which the vouchers for boat trips in Barcelona, experiences or courses have a date to be scheduled, ALL vouchers without exception will expire at the end of the calendar year in which they were purchased.

Cancellation conditions for a boat trip

Excursions may be cancelled in accordance with:

• Within 7 days prior to the event, a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the service will be charged.
• Within 72 hours before the service is provided there is a 100% penalty.

Please remember that the deposit made to confirm the booking is only 50% refundable, not even in case of force majeure, more than 50% of the amount paid as pre-payment will be refunded.

The reason for these conditions is that when we make a reservation we "block" a sailboat and this is blocked for other events or rentals.

Conditions for changing the dates of a boat trip or experience

In the event that the client changes dates, it will be understood as a new stay and will be subject to the cancellation conditions.

Booking dates for boat trips in Barcelona may be changed in accordance with the dates of the boat excursions in Barcelona:

• Within 15 days prior to the event or more, before the event, there is a change there will be a 25% penalty.
• Within 7 days prior to the event, a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the service will be charged.
• Within 72 hours before the service is provided there is a 100% penalty.

Conditions of Cancellation of a Boat Trip or Experience

Boat trips or nautical experiences may be cancelled in the event of:

• In case of rain
• Adverse weather affecting the safety of participants

In case of rain, just before boarding, the sailing part is postponed to the next day, i.e. we change the order of the activity. If this is not possible, it will be postponed to a day when we have availability.

Expiry date of the boat trips or experiences to give as gifts

Unless expressly indicated by BDA Sailing Experience (Barcodealquiler.com) and due to force majeure, the vouchers will have an expiry date of 12 months, counting from the date of purchase. In those cases where due to force majeure, the boat trips or experiences expired may be modified with a penalty of 25% of the total value.

Conditions of offers of boat trips or nautical experiences

The prices and offers published on the site www.barcodealquiler.com, will in no case be cumulative. In the event of more than one offer on an experience, the offer with the highest discount for the client will be applied.
